# Work on comments with an AI agent

> Your AI agent reads comments and tickets, replies to them and marks them as resolved.

Your AI agent can read, answer and resolve the comments and tickets that your team or your clients leave on the website.

## Requirements:

- Your project has comments.

- Your AI agent is connected to sitebrunch. To reply and resolve, it needs “Read and write”.

## What your agent can do

- **List comments**: open comments or those resolved in the last 14 days, also filtered by page.

- **Read a comment**: with all answers and the element on the page it belongs to.

- **Reply**: For a ticket, the reply goes to the connected tool, for example awork.

- **Resolve and reopen**: The agent marks a comment as resolved once the problem is fixed.

An example: “Go through the open sitebrunch comments on the home page, fix what can be fixed in the code, and reply to each one with what you changed.”

> **Info:** Comments are separate from audit findings. For audit findings, your agent uses the workflow for fixing findings.
